Livestock is booked in using unique ear-tag identification and passports.

These ear-tags are placed onto every cattle carcass which moves through our processing chain, with each also being tagged with our own individual codes to ensure the strictest of measures are being taken to consistently maintain our traceability.

Every single cut of meat which passes through our business is coded and can be traced back to the carcass it came from, allowing us to ensure complete traceability and high-quality produce for all our customers.
