Founded on 8 generations (200 years) of farming, at John Scott Meat we deliver premium quality meats to high street butchers, catering butchers and meat wholesalers across the UK. Now into our third generation, the business is still run and owned by the Scott family.
Our four meat products are beef, lamb, pork and offal. We manage the whole supply chain process, from farm to plate. To ensure we consistently have a quality range of meats, we source only from farmers that we know and trust. From our 9-acre abattoir facility in Paisley, Scotland we offer a variety of services including a boning plant, private slaughter, butchery and distribution.
